The MSR Rendezvous Sun Shield Wing Canopy Camping Shelter features a 50+ UPF and provides exceptional sun, wind and rain protection (UPF rating of 50 provides a 98-percent UV block). Available in 2 sizes (120-square-foot and 200-square-foot), this unique shelter uses a 7-point design that pitches taut and remains stable in high winds. The 120 model covers an open area around campsites that shields 1-4 people, where the 200 model covers larger basecamps with up to a dozen people. Set up with poles, the 120 model measures 149x144-inches and 72-inches high, where the 200 model is 192x216-inches and 90-inches high, or increase either model's height with additional accessory poles. The complete setup for the 120 model weighs 3.56 pounds and packs down to 20x6 inches, or set it up without poles using trees or other substitution for a minimum weight of 1.81 pounds. The complete setup for the 200 model weighs 6.63 pounds and packs down to 25x6 inches, or a minimum weight of 3.31 pounds without poles.
