About WBTEER Fridge Water Line Splitter
The WBTEER Plumbing Tap Adapter 3-Way Valve is used to tap into an existing 3/8-inch shut-off valve from below the sink and add an additional inline 1/4-inch T-valve for connecting to reverse osmosis, refrigerator freezer ice makers, water purifiers, coffee brewers, Rodi systems, and more. Copper or plastic tubing connected to the 1/4-inch must have an outside diameter of 6.28-6.32MM and the braided inner thread diameter must be 9.78-9.82MM. 3/8 inch male thread diameter is 14.08MM, 3/8 inch female thread diameter is 13.21MM, 1/4 inch male thread diameter is 10.96MM. Installation steps 1. Close the cold water shutoff valve. 2. Open faucet to relieve pressure. Disconnect existing faucet connection tube. 3. Ensure that the o-ring seals inside the female end of the water inlet adapter, then screw it onto the cold water supply valve. 4. Screw the existing faucet connector onto the male end of the water feed adapter. 5. Close the 1/4 in. hose tap valve, open the cold water supply valve and check for leaks. 6. Connect the 1/4-inch pipe to the 1/4-inch port on the manifold and check for leaks. 7. end of installation.
