Water-based paste used to apply Ranger Shiny Foil Transfer Sheets. Use straight from the tube or with a pallet knife if a thicker or wider area is desired.Works great with stencils! Apply paste to Bible page, lay the shiny foil over the desired area, let thoroughly dry, then peel away from page. 37ml tube, dries clear.
