Product Information - This stencil was designed to conform to Department of Defense Military Standard 2525 military warfighitng symbology in multi domains including space, air, land, sea, sub sea and signals intelligence, as well as a wide range of tactical graphics. It allows you to draw all unit and equipment symbols, and many other symbols from this stencil. Map pocket sized it is made from flexible polypropylene so it will not crack or break in your pocket as many older outdated military stencils often do. It comes with spacer dots on one side to lift it off the map talc to stop the capillary running of ink under the stencil when drawing with solvent pens. In a separate listing on Amazon it can also be supplied with a booklet explaining the key elements of MIL STD 2525C symbology. The Guide to Warfighitng Symbology is included in this listing.
