The hard-anodized aluminum alloy base spreads heat quickly and efficiently, and the alloy lid has a LidKeep - a patent-pending innovation to clip the lid to the side of the pot - giving you a free hand and solving the problem of where to set a hot, clean lid. While cooking, hold the pot securely with the stainless steel Click-Safe handle. When you pack, turn the handle around to keep the lid - and any nesting tableware - secure in your pack.
