They are included in every military ration, and known as Panzerplatten - Armour Plates. The recipe and packaging of these German 'Panzerplatten' Crackers provide resistance to environmental influences such as humidity, heat, and cold. Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, sugar, partially hydrogenated sunflower fat, glucose, salt, raising agents: (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium metabisulfite). These Panzerplatten crackers are well known in Germany, both with civilians and servicemen.
