About FRIO Single Diabetic Insulin Cool Bag 18 X 6½ Cm
FRIO presents an effective and affordable solution to the problem of keeping insulin cool without the need for electricity or cooling elements. The principle is very simple. The inner pocket is simply submerged in cold water, after which the crystals contained form a gel. Now insert the cooled insulin and thanks to an evaporation system, it remains cooled. The attached outer pocket protects the surrounding items in your handbag or suitcase. The FRIO pockets make the life of insulin-dependent diabetics easier and can be used many times. The FRIO bags are also useful for medications that must not exceed room temperatures, e.g. insulin, adrenaline, norvir, glaucoma drops, Nitrolingual® pump spray. All pockets have a cavity, no divisions. Size measurements indicated are those of the inner pocket. If you have a digital/metal pen, you need an additional nylon inner pocket, which protects against moisture and is available for all FRIO bags.
