It is a seasoning for quick japanese pickles( "asazuke" in japanese). Asazuke is healthy and popular in Japan. Directions; Cut your favorit vegetables such as cucumber, daikon radish, carrot, eggplant and so on into bite-size pieces. Put them and the seasoning into a plastic bag.
