π—”π—žπ—™π—œπ—« HT300 Gasket Maker RTV Silicone Akfix HT300 is a high-performance silicone sealant developed for sealing, bonding and repairing works where heat resistance is required. It is an ideal sealant for high temperature construction applications. It reacts with atmospheric moisture to produce a tough, elastic silicone. Due to their suitability for a hot engine, high-temperature silicones are frequently utilized in automobiles. Valve covers, axle housings, water and oil pump seals, timing chain covers, fuel pump covers, and solenoid covers are a few applications for this type of silicone. In places where the joint or connection is exposed to intense heat, high-temperature silicones are extremely common. Engine gaskets for forced induction systems fall under this category. High-temperature silicones are also widely used in industrial settings, including ducting, insulating wire and cable, furnace door gaskets, humidifier gaskets, pump and compressor gaskets, and appliance door gaskets.
