Carefully handcrafted with rough sawn pine in our 150 year old barn nestled in the Pocono mountains of Pennsylvania. Burning the wood with a torch gives our material a beautiful, distressed, stained-like finish that smells fantastic. At almost an inch thick, each piece of wood is chosen for its unique variations from sap to different grains, knots and even knot holes. Almost all of our items are fashioned together with brass trim head screws, adding to the quality and style. Made of almost 1" thick rough sawn pine and burned with a torch, this crate is a foundation piece to any great design you can come up with! Dimensions: 18" x 13" x 12" Handcrafted in America to help keep America working. This rustic look can vary in color and grain, making each piece one of a kind. These crates are assembled with 1 1/4" staples and a high grade glue. They are meant for home decor and light duty lifting. If you need reinforcement to the bottom slats for heavier lifting, please request screws be added to the bottom slats when you place your order.
