Being hand-made from 100% natural leather, our journals can vary in look & shade, producing a unique item, no two are quite the same. The thick quality paper which has a natural fiber variation is hand-crafted from recycled cotton which is acid free & tree free. The leather is tanned using a vegetable tanning method, which protects the environment and tannery workers from toxic chemicals. Artisans then use water-based dyes or oils to color the leather.
