Maximizes performance and extends shredder life: Our shredder oil helps your shredder run smoother, quieter and faster. It sharpens blade, and releases strain on the motor, gears, and bearings. Oiling your shredder will remove paper buildup and preventing the annoyance of paper jams, extending the life of your shredder.

It is recommended that cross cut shredders are oiled every 30 minutes of use, and high security shredders should be oiled every 15 minutes of use. Saturating an already-present paper jam with shredder oil can also help remove it.
