The design of the STOPOUT Gate Valve Lockout's hinged clamshell housing fully encloses the valve handle and prevents unauthorized access. The tough thermoplastic, polypropylene device is a bright hazard red color, and features a durable, impact-resistant aluminum hinge with permanent binding pin.
