About the Director This film was co-directed by Jennifer Lyon Bell (USA/Netherlands) and Murielle Scherre (Belgium). Jennifer Lyon Bell is an American erotic film director, teacher, and sex-film curator living in Amsterdam. She directs award-winning explicit erotic fiction films and documentaries for her indie film company Blue Artichoke Films, which makes "Erotic Film For People Who Like Film". With their emphasis on emotionally realistic sexuality, her films have garnered praise from feminist organizations, sex educators, and film festivals worldwide. She teaches workshops and gives presentations on feminism and erotic filmmaking, from CineKink/New York to the national Dutch Film Academy (AHK). Passionate about exploring and promoting the creative relationship between sex and film, Jennifer also curates tailored programs of other filmmakers work for museums, film festivals, and art spaces. Murielle Scherre designs her own lingerie brand (La Fille D'O), writes erotic memoirs, is a DJ, and adores Polaroid photography. She lives in Ghent, Belgium.
