The XL-M METAL is brand new to the BeaterBlade Metal size assortment, made just for the KitchenAid Professional Bowl-Lift stand mixers. The Metal BeaterBlade replaces the flat beater that comes with most stand mixers and it will elevate your mixing experience; it is the ultimate continuous bowl scraper for bowl lift stand mixers. Delivering confidence and unmatched performance in beating, scraping and folding ingredients for perfect batters or the thickest dough. From its commercial grade construction to its strong aluminum frame – comparatively speaking, it’s unbeatable. The BeaterBlade patented Wing-Blade technology pushes ingredients down to the dimple, in the bottom of the bowl, thoroughly combining all ingredients, 50% faster. To achieve a fluffy, aerated mixture (think creamed butter and sugar), beat at a higher speed. To achieve a smooth, thick mixture (think cheese cake), beat at lower speed. Either way, you can use the BeaterBlade as a hand-held spatula to scrape every bit of batter into the pan. XL-M BeaterBlades are compatible with KitchenAid Bowl-Lift stand mixers. However it does NOT fit the PRO 6000 series with flared bowls; any of the 5-Quart Tilt-Head mixers; the 5-Quart Bowl-Lift or “F” type mixers; and it will NOT work with any glass bowls.
