REVERSIBLE (Can be worn on either hand) - Our hand weight can be worn on the right or left hand. Simply flip it over to fit the hand you would like to wear it on.

DIFFERENT SIZES - Fits little learners & adults with sizes from XSmall to XLarge. The size is established by measuring the width of the hand across the knuckles, excluding the thumb. May be used for the RIGHT or LEFT hand, please refer to our sizing chart and video for more details and before placing your orders.

Never submerse the weight in water or place in the dishwasher or washing machine and do not subject to extreme heat. Store weight in a clean dry place when not in use.
