About Hand Weight, Large
A HandiThings best seller! The Hand Weight is a uniquely designed weighted pouch that rests on the back of the hand allowing for maximum finger, hand and wrist mobility. It is constructed of dark navy compression jersey fabric, lead-free steel shot and heavy duty stitching for added strength and durability. It is held on the hand with elastic finger loops and a hook & loop closure around the wrist. It is recommended for use during fine motor or self help activities or when input on the hands is needed. It can also be beneficial for rehab purposes, reducing tremoring and strengthening activities. Five different sizes are available to accommodate most hand sizes from small children to adults. The weight is reversible and can be worn on either hand. Available individually and in pairs. Size is determined by measuring the back of the hand across the knuckles (not including the thumb).
