Our thick and flavorful TenderBison New York Strip Steak comes from the very tender short loin of the bison. It’s rich in flavor, firm in texture and perfect for the grill. TenderBison steaks are 100% All-natural Bison, so you can enjoy melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and incredible flavor with fewer calories and less fat than beef steaks. We recommend grilling at low temperatures to maximize tenderness. Case includes 4 Bison New Your Strip Steak, 8 ounces each. Your order will be handpicked from stock held in our refrigerated warehouse. It will be carefully packed in an insulated box with reusable gel packs designed to maintain your items in good fresh condition for up to 48 hours. Orders are shipped frozen via UPS 2 day service Monday- Thursday, you will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST Thursday evening thru Sunday will be shipped on Monday and orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the following day.
