Our Hickory-smoked Whole Turkey is ready to serve – hot or cold. Whole Hickory-smoked Turkey from the Kansas City Steak Company is cured in natural brown sugar, honey and whole spices, and then slow smoked for extra tenderness. The netted wrap holds each bird to a perfect shape until you’re ready to serve. Our turkeys are always hormone free. We never use tenderizers since each hen is USDA Grade A, so you’re getting only a naturally plump, meaty and tender turkey. Please be aware of the pink color you’ll find in the meat. This is the natural result of the long, slow smoking process that locks in the juices and flavors. We guarantee each turkey is fully cooked. We do however, recommend warming them in the oven since we think they’re best served warm. And it makes your home smell like a delicious feast is about to happen!
