【野生干海参泡发方法】 海参冲洗干净,加过滤水放冰箱冷藏泡三天,(腰参小号和迷你泡两天即可)每12小时换水,第四天打开肚子清理,沙嘴清理干净,把海参内筋挑断或取出来后把海参放进电饭锅煮,(海参筋可以炒鸡蛋,营养丰富!)水开后关电源,盖盖子焖5-12小时,检查软硬然后水倒掉:换水(过滤水),如果没有软的继续重复焖煮,软的换水加冰块在冰箱冷藏冰发三天,期间24小时换一次水。 【海参泡发强调注意事项】 1、容器一定要大,水要多,通常一次可泡一磅左右(因人而异)。 2、泡发过程请用过滤水、纯净水或矿泉水,不要用自来水。 3、全程一定不能沾油,切记! 4、在泡发过程中,因为参体大小会略有差异,焖煮中变软的时间程度不一,检查有已经煮软的可以先取出来冰发,没软的继续重复焖煮,勤检查(避免软的煮烂) 【泡发后储藏小贴士】 可以一次性多发些,泡发好的海参用保鲜膜挨个包好一次的量,放冰箱冷冻层保存。每次要吃的时候取出一份解冻后烹饪.
