刺参最新泡发方法! 第一天:先把干海参放到锅里 , (最好用电饭锅)全程无油,纯净水或矿泉水,水一定要多,因为海参会涨很大,锅必须要 大,浸泡24小时。 第二天:放到火上煮开15分左右 小火继续焖煮2个小时左右然后关火 。不开盖焖20个小时左右!然后先洗刷表面上的珊瑚岩,推荐方法:一磅海参用1/4菠萝泥(切成末的菠萝)均匀抹在海参表面,然后保鲜膜密封保存15-20分钟,再刷珊瑚岩就非常易于去掉。 第三天:继续开始煮,水开10分钟,关小火煮1个小时左右,然后关火 !不开盖焖十几个小时左右! 第四天:冷却后换上冷水放入冰箱一天! 第五天:冰箱取出海参 继续洗涮残留珊瑚 洗刷干净后 开膛取出筋 洗干净内脏。没软的洗干净放到火上继续煮20-30分左右 ,看海参软的情况 。发软刺参加水加冰放冰箱冷藏二三天即好! 注意事项;全程无油,深海野生刺参在泡发过程具有些不定性,有的早发软,有些慢一些;故在第二次继续煮焖过程一般要随时检查一下,软的先挑选出来,没软的继续重复焖煮过程。
