Unlike powdered stocks that dissolve in water, these bags contain nothing but raw seafood material. Use in all sorts of cooking, from soups to noodle dishes to marinades. ◆ For The Best Result! ◆ Do not simmer together with other food. Use ladle or wire skimmer to scoop out the dashi pack. Put one dashi-pack into 600ml of cold water for 5 minutes. 2. When water starts to boil, lower temperature to medium level. 3.
