About Tempesta Cremosa Tartufata
Another unique creation of Nduja Artisans Salumeria, Cremosa Tartufata has the spreadable texture of nduja, but the spicy kick is replaced by the decadent bouquet of Tuscan truffles. We only use real truffle pieces and the fragrance carried by truffle salt. We could not leave out a touch of calabrian chilies, though they lend complexity and structure, rather than heat. NDUJA ARTISANS SALUMERIA All of our meats are made with heritage breed pork thats is raised humanely. Our pigs are fed a vegetarian diet,and never any by-product. Our meats contain no synthetically produced nitrates or nitrites, and only those of that which are naturally occurring in sea salt and celery powder.
