Our Polish Sausage (polska kielbasa) is a delicious smoked sausage made with fresh cuts of beef and pork. Great grilled, boiled, fried, or cooked on a stick over an open fire. This sausage has been made in Europe for what seems like forever. The spices we use were created for us by John, our Meat Product Advisor since the 1960's. With really superior quality and flavor, this can easily become one of your favorite all-time sausage treats.
