[IBERICO PIGS RANGE-FED]: Enjoy the authentic taste of a truly Spanish Iberico ham. We provide our own pigs with more than 1 hectare (2.4 acres) to roam, eat and rest in the open air of our farms. The result is a juicier, more flavorful meat with infiltrated fat that simply melts in your mouth.
[BEGIN TO CUT YOUR HAM]: We include your ham holder as well as a knife and sharpener set so that you can simply open your ham and begin slicing right away in your own kitchen!. The ham holder is easily disassembled, so you can easily clean it and store after use.

The surroundings provide unique characteristics for each ham. Each ham is unique and requires its own slow and natural curing process with fresh mountain air.
