Providing twice blade abrasion resistance, it is made with Nylon coating, protecting its numbers and graduations. Ideal for precision work in metalworking and woodworking, it comes with a positive lock for an improved grip that secures tape measures into place, while transferring measurements on other work surfaces. Features consist of a 12' length, 1/2" width and a 1/16" mm graduation, with Imperial / Metric graduation style for an easy read tape measure. It also comes with a steel belt clip, self adjusting hook and an improved blade protection for increased durability.
