Product Description We know that blade protection is key to a long tape life. Our metal case (MC) keeps the blades safe. These long, fiberglass tapes have a compact, closed metal case that fi ts nicely in your hand. The flush-folding crank pops up for easy rewinding. If you’re measuring alone, the metal catch hook is set at zero, so there’s no need for a correction. These are very popular with users that primarily do interior measurements. From the Manufacturer Designed to withstand more wear and tear than any other kind of measuring tape. Given the roughest treatment possible... trampled underfoot, beset by mud, dust or rock abrasion, Keson fiberglass tapes take on abuse with little or no deterioration to their tough PVC coating. Very popular with realtors and other indoor users. The durable, metal case is coated with a rust inhibitor, then covered with a leather-like poly-vinyl chloride. The crank handle snaps closed for ease of use. Unique, non-slip surface provides a sure grip while the tape rewinds.
