About 5" X 2" Heavy Duty Swivel Caster Set Of 4 - Red
This listing is for a Set of 4 Red Polyurethane on Steel Core Wheel Swivel CASTERHQs with Top Locking Brakes. This CASTERHQ Set is great for moving heavy loads under 4,400 lbs. Each CASTERHQ holds up to 1,100 lbs but when combined with all 4 can withstand up to 4,400 lbs total load. These CASTERHQs are considered Industrial CASTERHQs and are manufactured and tested to exceed the ICWM and (ANSI) requirements for CASTERHQ and Wheel safety requirements in North America. Our products are used by some of the leading manufacturing companies including GE and many Automotive manufacturing plants due to our safety testing and quality control. Each CASTERHQ contains Zerk / Grease fittings in the swivel raceways and grease fittings in the zerk axle and hub of the wheel for easy maintenance and lubrication of the ball bearings and roller bearings. The Polyurethane on Cast Iron Core wheel is made to protect floors while offering a high weight capacity. The Diameter of this CASTERHQ is 5in (5 inches) and the tread width is 2in (2 inch). The overall height on this CASTERHQ is 6-1/2in and the swivel radius is 4in. This wheel comes with a 3/4in roller bearing with a 1/2in spanner for the 1/2in zerk axle to run through for assembly. The CASTERHQs come fully assembled as seen in the photos above. Our raceways on the CASTERHQs are double ball raceways for easy maneuverability. Bright zinc coating is applied to the metal frame for increased rust resistance. This CASTERHQ and wheel series is NSF listed and RoHS Compliant. The CASTERHQs are manufactured in an ISO:8001 manufacturing facility monitored and tested for superior quality control. This set of 4 CASTERHQs is commonly used to replace toolbox CASTERHQs, cart CASTERHQs, and heavy duty CASTERHQs on most equipment.
