About TKO Clamping Systems USA Billet Aluminum Slim Fit
TKO Clamping Systems has designed and patented a modular approach to fastening accessories onto roll bars, tubes, luggage racks, or handrails. Numerous components are available and connect to assemble the solution for customers ideas and needs. For example, according to the Rotopax mounting hardware information sheet, it states that their containers are designed to be mounted on any flat surface. It goes on to states that, “Many customers prefer to design and fabricate their mounting brackets. This option is best for custom applications and aftermarket setups.” TKO fabricates the custom applications and aftermarket setups to fasten items such as a Rotopax mounting plate, which is built to fit a flat surface, into something that can connect to a rounded surface. We make the fasteners that can mount a Go-Pro to a rounded surface and then can adjust to the angle of the bar so that the camera levels out. Many accessory companies make wonderful products, but since their focus is on the main product, mounting hardware is usually an afterthought and is subpar. Our clamps attach: light bars, Go Pros, flashlights, fuel tanks, shovels, tire racks, fire extinguishers, fishing poles, handles, bungee cords, or anything else that you want to fasten to your roll bar, brush guard, or luggage rack bars. They come in a wide range of sizes. We can fit roll bars or luggage racks as small as 3/4 of an inch up to bars on Jeeps at the 2.5-inch diameter size. They are made from machined 6061 aluminum, tumbled to a silver finish, or anodized black. We use stainless steel screws, to limit rust. TKO has also strived to keep prices affordable to the end customers. We are UTV enthusiasts and average American’s.
