The classic design of this solid brass 4.7 inch canopy features a subtle lipped edge with a matching loop and screw collar for a cohesive look. This canopy is perfect for traditional fixtures, but it's so universally appealing that it also complements modern, vintage, rustic, minimalist, and transitional chandeliers or pendant lights. Install on sloped or flat ceilings over electrical boxes 4.7 inches and under to hang lighting fixtures up to 45 lbs. Instantly transform any chandelier or pendant light in your foyer, kitchen, dining room, bar area, living room, bathroom, bedroom, or guest room. The canopy plate itself has a 1.06 inch center hole and measures 1.1 inches tall to provide plenty of room for the mounting kit and wiring to comfortably fit within the plate - ensuring no hardware is exposed. Once installed, the matching loop extends 1.46 inches from the canopy plate and has a wire way that can accommodate fixture wires up to 0.28 inches thick.
