Simple in style yet ingenious by design, this hugger fan is housed in a sleek metal body finished in white with three white blades. It's also available in brushed nickel, oil rubbed bronze, and polished nickel finishes. With a blade sweep of 44-inches, the three concave silver blades are pitched at 14-degrees for efficient air movement. Excluding the lights, the F518 has an airflow CFM of 4600 using 40 watts of electricity. The airflow efficiency per watt is 115 CFM. And the 153mm x 15mm spinner motor completes 184/86 rpm on high/low speeds. The optional integrated light is shielded by a frosted glass lens, and the fixture uses one 100-watt mini-can halogen bulb (included). This Minka-Aire ceiling fan comes with the RC212 handheld AireControl remote system, which features a three-speed fan control in forward and reverse — making it suitable for year-round use.
