Common uses for our products are moisture control for compressed air equipment, humidity control for collectibles, jewelry, documents, and other valuables. Blue indicating silica gel beads contain Cobalt Chloride and should not be consumed or used in food, beverage or pharmaceutical applications. Cobalt Chloride may be harmful if swallowed and should be kept out of the reach of children. See our website for more information and SDS. Blue silica gel turns pink when moisture capacity has been reached. Used silica gel can be discarded or reactivated by drying the silica gel beads in a microwave or conventional oven. For best humidity control and moisture sensitive applications, we recommend replacing used silica gel beads. Warning: Keep out of the reach of children
