[Instruction for 10XPBS]: Stir or shake to dissolve 10 Tablets in 100 mL water to make 100 mL of 10X PBS. pH of 10XPBS stock is about 6.8. When diluted to 1XPBS, pH is about 7.4.

Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is a water-based balanced salt solution commonly used for a variety of applications in research and manufacturing, including reagent preparation, dilution, and cell culture. It contains sodium chloride, potassium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate. The buffer helps to maintain a constant pH. This product does not contain calcium or magnesium. Instruction for use: One tablet dissolved in 100 mL of distilled or deionized water yields 1X PBS solution containing 137 mM sodium chloride, 2.7 mM potassium chloride, and 10 mM phosphate buffer at pH ~7.4 (7.3-7.5) without pH adjustment. Usage Statement: Intended for laboratory or manufacturing use only. Not for drug, food, or household use. Keep out of reach of children. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
