About Water Softener Filter Compatible With Ascaso Gaggia
Protect your espresso machine and enjoy the trouble-free performance and superb espresso shots. Suitable from most semi-automatic espresso machines with an intake hose in the water tank. The scale resin filter prevents the build-up of calcium in the boiler of your machine. As water is passed through the resin the calcium sticks to the resin. Before installing water softener: Rinse in fresh water and leave in a container of water for 10 min - only then can you put it into your water tank. This will remove the resin aroma. Fits on the end of the inlet pipe in your machine's water tank. Switch on the coffee and run until the tank is empty - refill the tank with water. If water does not suck through the hose - then resin beads have clumped together. Remove the filter and shake vigorously.
