These bacterial cultures digest proteins, fats, oils, grease, soaps and chemicals found in cleaning products to help prevent backups and reduce odors. Designed to work in both the settling chamber and aeration chamber of aerated units, the convenient 8-ounce packets dissolve quickly for easy application simply by flushing them down a toilet. Maintenance treatments consist of one packet every three months for odor-free, trouble-free septic system performance. The pail includes four packets total.
