About Rittenhouse Hypro D30 Diaphragm Repair Kit
Replace damaged or worn out diaphragms on the Hypro D30 Diaphragm Pump with the replacement diaphragms included in the Hypro 9910-KIT1724PLUS Diaphragm Repair Kit. This kit is essentially a Hypro 9910-KIT1724 Repair Kit with the addition of an extra suction diaphragm. Included in the Hypro 9910-KIT1724PLUS Upgraded D30 Diaphragm Repair Kit are the following items: 2 x Desmopan Diaphragms (# 9910-620085) 1 x Dampener / Suction Diaphragm (# 9910-650670) 1 x Accumulator Diaphragm (# 9910-550190) 4 x Valve O-Rings (# 9910-620030) When you notice the oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color, this is most likely an indication that your diaphragms are torn or damaged and will need to be replaced. Running your diaphragm pump with damaged diaphragms can cause serious damage to the pump. It is good practice to keep a repair kit on hand in the event of diaphragm failure so you can keep your operation on schedule.
