Product Description This is a Supply Giant brass reducing tee with two connection sizes and a lead free brass construction. Thefemale National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads for connecting and branching sections of pipe or fittings. Its 3/4 x 1/4 inch in diameter for steel pipe sizes. It has female NPT threads for connecting to male threaded pipes, creating a tighter seal than straight threads. This fitting is made of brass for corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability. Brass can be connected to copper, brass, plastic, aluminum, and welded steel. This fitting is produced in a Iso9001:2000 qualified production Environment and all units are 100% air pressure tested. It is rated at 125 LB pressure and manufactured to standard ASTM B-584-06 for lead-free quality assurance. The fitting conforms to the astm B62 and all applicable ANSI standards.
