Description This Anderson Metals fitting is a brass garden hose connector with a 3/4" male hose ID on one end and 3/4" male threads tapped with 1/2" female threads on the other. The hex garden hose coupler connects two 3/4" garden hoses. It has male threads on one end and female threads on the other for connecting to a female and a male threaded hose or fitting. This fitting is made of brass for corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability. Brass can be connected to copper, brass, plastic, aluminum, and welded steel. Pipe fittings are components used for connecting, terminating, controlling flow, and changing the direction of piping in many different industries.
