This Dixon Valve HA2520 hydrant adapter connects pipes or fittings with different end types, diameters, or materials. It is made of brass for resistance to corrosion. This female-to-male adapter has a 2-1/2" female National Standard Thread (NST) connection or National Hose (NH) connection on one end and a 2" male National Pipe Straight Hose (NPSH) connection on the other. It has pin lugs for tightening. This hydrant adapter is suitable for use in general firefighting applications.
