This Alemite 43748 elbow body adapter has a 90-degree angle, an overall length of 1-11/32", a shank length of 19/32" with a 1/4" PTF (Pipe Thread Fuel) male end, and a 1/4" NPTF (National Pipe Thread Fuel) female end. It also has a thread length of 19/32". This elbow body adapter, when combined with a grease fitting, make up the lubrication inlet assembly that receives and holds in lubrication and is used for applications such as lubricating motor vehicles, construction and industrial equipment, and aeronautics. Oil and grease guns are handheld tools that inject lubricant (dispensed from the barrel or cylinder cartridge) into metal mechanical assemblies. Electric and air-powered grease guns can dispense large volumes of lubricant in commercial applications, while battery-powered (cordless) grease guns are more suitable for mobile and remote applications.
