About NAVAC NEVK2 Rapid Evacuation Kit | Valve Core
NAVAC NEVK2 is a tool kit that includes one NAVAC NVR1 Core Removal tool and one NAVAC NHB2 Refrigerant Hose. HVAC technicians use the NVR1 Valve Core Removal Tool to remove and replace a valve core without losing the refrigerant in the HVAC system. It can be used for both 1/4″ and 5/16″ flare fittings, is pressure-rated for R410A systems, and is vacuum-rated to 20 microns. NHB2 Refrigerant Hose connects 1/2" fittings to 1/4“ fittings, has a 1/2 inch large internal diameter, and is 6 feet long. It can withstand 3200 psi burst pressure and will operate at 640 psi working pressure. It is also made with 4-layer construction for low permeation to ensure refrigerants don’t escape into the atmosphere during the process.
