The Wind Extension allows you to mount the wind assembly of your AcuRite Atlas Weather Sensor at an optimal location for the most accurate wind measurements. The extension cord and mounting kit enable you to place the anemometer up to 30 feet (9 meters) higher than the Atlas Weather Sensor body, avoiding nearby wind obstructions such as trees and buildings.
