The speaker's crossover was re-engineered to control directivity and flatten the frequency response, while utilizing an unusually complex Acoustic Linkwitz-Riley filter design to keep distortion at its lowest even at high volumes.

The five-way gold-plated binding post speaker terminals ensure a secure and reliable connection, while the acoustically-transparent detachable magnetic grilles allow for unobstructed sound.

It also leverages specially textured woofer cones and a unique port tube design to add back energy and extend the bass frequencies even lower without any distortion.
