Ship model for adults. Modelling kit to build, advanced level. The model is made up of laser cut wooden boards on various thicknesses, birch strips and rods, basswood veneer, steel and brass chemical cuts, castings, decals for hull details such as depth markings and the name of the boat, cotton canvas sails ready to be placed and cotton thread for the rigging.

The Belem is the last French three-masted European sailing ship and the second largest remaining sailing ship in France. The ship was motorized and renamed for various uses (luxury cruise and school ship) and was finally discovered by chance in Venice. in a sorry state in the late 1970s by a nostalgic hobbyist. After its restoration, it was classified as a historical monument on February 27, 1984.

This model is at 1:75 scale. Once it is built, this faithful miniature replica of Belem measures 31.73'' (806mm) length, 10.07'' (256mm) width and 21.25'' (540mm) height. It has official accreditation from the Belem Foundation. The model was made with decals, giving it a premium quality.
