Kosmos Q Turkey Brine -Taking your poultry products from unremarkable to extraordinary!Forget everything you know about cooking turkey. The key to mouthwatering, unforgettable poultry is in the brine! We have created a delicious solution for preventing tough, flavorless meat: simply soak it in a brine that enhances the natural flavor while adding juiciness and a unique tang.Turkey Soak infuses your meats with rich, full flavors that are perfect for poultry! The brown sugar, special spices, and touch of worcestershire powder give the meat a sweet, and slightly bitter-rich flavor profile.Easy to Follow Instructions: Mix 2 1/2 cups of product into 2 gallons of liquid (water or broth). Blend well to incorporate. Soak the whole bird in a covered container in the refrigerator, breast side down for one hour per pound. After soaking is completed, rinse excess off thoroughly under running water and air dry (covered) in the refrigerator for four to six hours. Now just cook and serve!This 16 oz. package of brine mix is enough to fully flavor two 20 lb. turkeys!
