Application: - 1. Wash and dry hands and scar area with a moisturizer-free soap and pat dry. Be sure area is free of hair, lotions, oils, and moisturizers. 2. Remove ScarScience sheet from its package. -3. Peel off clear protective liner from adhesive side of sheet. 4. Apply sheet with adhesive side directly on the scar. - Press sheet onto the scar and smooth into place. May be worn up to 24 hours per day. Sheets may be washed with a moisturizer free soap and air dried to refresh adhesiveness. After 7-10 days, discard sheet and apply a new one.

Our sheets are carefully formulated with a unique combination of flexibility, washability and adhesiveness. It is important that a silicone scar sheets is self adhesive enough to help stay in place and in contact with your skin, but still remove very easily without tugging or pulling that stretches the skin. If a scar sheet is too sticky, it will create surface tension at the scars site when being removed, which can actually disrupt the delicate new skin or worsen or widen a new scar. ScarScience's unique formulation provides stay-in-place adhesiveness, and gentle, pain free removal. Using ScarScience is as easy as 1,2,3. 1. Wash and dry scar area 2. Peel off adhesive liner 3. Apply adhesive side to the scar Sheets may be worn 24 hours per day for up to 7-10 days. There is no need to remove your sheet daily for washing unless desired. You may remove your sheet as desired or if stickiness diminishes and wash, dry and reapply to refresh adhesiveness. The effective silicone does not wash off during this process. Simply wash the sheet with water and a moisturizer free soap and air dry. Reapply after sheet is fully dry. Sheets are Water resistant and may be worn during showering.
