Get everything you need to check your vision and order eyeglasses online! The EyeQue Personal Vision Tracker Plus combines the award-winning Personal Vision Tracker with the EyeQue PDCheck. The EyeQue Personal Vision Tracker is an optical miniscope which works alongside the PVT smartphone app (supports thousands of Android and iOS smartphones worldwide). It is a self-administered vision test that can assess nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. Use your generated EyeGlass Numbers (EGN's) to order eyeglasses from select online retailers. Your EyeQue vision results are safely stored in the cloud so you can track vision changes over time. The EyeQue PDCheck is the fastest and easiest way to measure pupillary distance. Use the app and special frames to capture your PD by taking a selfie. Proven accuracy within +/- 1 mm. To access features on the EyeQue Personal Vision Tracker Plus, you must download the EyeQue PVT app, PDCheck app, have an active All Access EyeQue Membership (for Personal Vision Tracker), and a compatible smartphone with a screen resolution of at least 250 pixel per inch (PPI). Included with the purchase is a one-year EyeQue All Access Membership for one account. The EyeQue PDCheck does not require the All Access Membership.
