Product Description These screen frame kits are constructed of roll formed aluminum frames, plastic corners and vinyl spline. This kit includes four 3/8 in. thick, 3/4 in. x 60 in. (white) frame material pieces, four square-cut (white) plastic screen corners and enough vinyl spline to screen a 5 ft. x 5 ft. square frame. With the provided materials, screens can be made with your choice of aluminum mesh, fiberglass fabric, or flexible poly film by following the easy-to-follow instructions provided with each kit. These kits are available in other sizes and colors, and they’re used by many for replacing damaged and missing screws. Note: Screen frame is cambered (curved) outward to prevent inward bowing when screen cloth is installed. Each screen frame has a natural bow in it that will straighten out when assembled (helps prevent inward bowing of frame). From the Manufacturer 3/8 aluminum screen kit in white finish. This kit contains 3/8 x 3/4 x 60 white screen frame, square cut corners and spline. Just cut to size, assemble with the straight cut corners and insert you screen fabric.
