Enhance and protect your natural stone and grout shower surfaces with Black Diamond Stoneworks Natural Stone and Grout SHOWER SEALER. This top-quality penetrating sealer is designed specifically for the unique challenges of a wet environment, offering robust protection against water damage, soap scum, and calcium buildup. Ideal for use on marble, granite, travertine, limestone, and grout, our SHOWER SEALER not only preserves the beauty of your surfaces but also makes them easier to clean. Formulated to deliver long-lasting results, SHOWER SEALER can provide protection for up to ten years, though we recommend reapplying every 5-7 years to maintain optimal performance. Application is straightforward: ensure the surface is clean and dry before starting, ideally using our Natural Stone Soap Scum Remover for best results. Begin with the shower walls, working from the top down. Generously spray the SHOWER SEALER onto one wall, then use a paint roller, pad, or sponge to spread the sealer, keeping the surface wet for a full five minutes to ensure deep penetration. Thoroughly dry the surface afterward to prevent any tackiness or slipperiness when wet. For comprehensive coverage, apply a second coat after 20 minutes and allow the sealer to cure for 24 to 48 hours before exposing the surface to water. When sealing grout lines, simply spray and work the sealer into the grout, wiping away any excess from the tiles to prevent drying. One quart of SHOWER SEALER is sufficient to seal two large showers, making it a cost-effective solution for safeguarding your investment in beautiful natural stone surfaces in your home.
