Product Features & Pre-install Notice:1. Only the hardware is for sale, DOOR IS NOT INCLUDED. 2. The product is made of premium carbon steel. The track is 1-1/2 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick. The standard roller wheel diameter is 2-3/4 inches and the big spoke roller wheel diameter is 4-3/4 inches. 3. All tracks are now using the American Standard spacing of 16 inches. Tracks 8ft and under are one single track instead of being connected by shorter tracks. Tracks 9ft and above will be connected by two tracks. Therefore, the spacing in the middle may not be 16 inches. 4. This hardware is compatible with door panel width of approximately 24 inches and thickness from 1-3/8 inches to 1-3/4 inches. If you have a door that falls out of this range, please contact us to get shorter hex bolts for your thinner doors or longer hex bolts and spacer extenders for your thicker doors. 5. The package only includes lag bolts to install on drywall or sheetrock. If you want to install it on concrete walls, please contact us for concrete bolts for the track. 6. If you have a door trim, you can put a header between the track and the wall to extend the hardware further to avoid the door hitting the trim. Or you can contact us to get some spacer extenders to serve the same function. 7. You will need at least 6 inches of clearance between top of the door to the ceiling to accommodate for this hardware. 8. The maximum door weight capacity is 220 pounds. 9. The gap between the door and wall is approximately 9/16 inch. It will vary based on your door thickness.
